Printmakers Chicago uses a BetterLight Large Format Digital Scanning Camera System for high-quality scans of at least 300 dpi up to 30 x 40 inches in size. Originals to be scanned can be almost any size.
Calibration for image control
Our large format, high-resolution digital camera will accurately capture your artwork as digital files. The camera and software are calibrated to render a precise and highly detailed image of your artwork. Unlike film capture of the past, where you would try to force a particular film to work, we have a great deal of control over the image.
